The piece interweaves layers of the conscious and the subconscious, the tangible and the imaginary, ranging from the satirical to the poetic. The distinctions between black and white soften and absurdity becomes a powerful instrument for viewing the world from a fresh perspective. Fil Rouge is a project conceived and written by a group of seven international dancers who share a deep and common interest in a specific performative language. These artists, each with a unique cultural background, orchestrate their individual artistic voices to create a multi-layered form of expression.
